The New Energy Branch of NCBC is located in Newchabridge Industrial Park, which covers an area of 100,000sqm among the Industrial City in Longgang, Shenzhen.
Established in mobile communication terminal industrial the New Energy Branch devoted itself in the energy field for mobile electronic products, specializes in the R&D, production and sales of polymer Li-ion battery, which are widely used for mobile DVDs, laptops, mobile phones, Bluetooth products, PM3/MP4, PDA, digital cameras and so on.
To start at a high point, New Energy Branch started with high investment. It adapted ISO9001 international quality management system from the beginning, set up its management system for design, development, production and service, which ensures the stability, quality and reasonable cost of the products. And it has got approvals for ISO9001 and ISO14001.
With excellent R&D team, advanced production equipment and multiple patented technologies, we can provide the customers with standard products; meanwhile, we can also provide swift, comprehensive and personalized design and service according to versatile physical structure and special performance requirements. Our polymer Li-ion battery is safe and environment friendly. It has got UL, CE, etc. international safety certificates, and it’s in conformity with RoHS directives. So far, the New Energy Branch has had the production capacity of 100,000 polymer Li-ion batteries per day.

New Energy Branch has gathered a team of specialized talents in the field of polymer Li-ion battery R&D. We are designing new products of different models, improving the battery’s safety, energy density, temperature characteristics, discharging platform, impedance, cycle life, etc.. More excellent products with integrated performance are developed to satisfy different customers with different application requirements.
New Energy Branch has its own lab for battery safety and reliability test. The main equipment including acupuncture testing machine, vibroscope, extrusion test machine, heavy impact testing machine, thermal shock testing box, high temperature box, constant temperature humidity chamber and data collecting equipment and so on, which meet the requirements of R&D and product quality control.
